Airspeed's senior engineering staff in the US and China have decades of experience in mechanical part design and manufacturing processes.

Each project is thoroughly reviewed by Airspeed's engineering team for design manufacturability. With comprehensive Design For Manufacturing (DFM) reports issued with each component RFQ, you can be sure that our skilled staff have reviewed your designs and offered constructive feedback based on valuable engineering experience.

Logistics and Inventory

Airspeed manages international and domestic shipping, with many options including delivery to port, warehouse or door-to-door. Standard packaging options are included with our component prices. We will work seamlessly with your logistics team to deliver your parts when and where you need them. We are able to assist with inventory management and discuss temporary warehousing for finished components.

Quality Management

All Airspeed facilities are ISO 9001 and 14001 certified. Documented quality procedures are prominently displayed and are visible to all staff.

Facilities are equipped with CMM and non-contact vision measuring systems. Shop floor equipment includes callipers, height gauges, micrometers, etc. Specialty test and verification equipment includes flammability, salt spray, hardness, environmental conditioning, melt flow indexer, and light sphere testing. Airspeed is committed to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Annual audits are conducted on all manufacturing facilities; and annual business reviews are held with major customers.
